Bunge’s Silos de Oro shortening increases tortilla rollability (delaying retrogradation) and delivers 18% longer shelf life for structure, moistness, and quality than a traditional shortening. Our Silos de Oro shortening also has less saturated fat than traditional shortenings and is free of trans fats and PHOs. In addition, we have many other shortenings and frying oils for food brands, including traditional oils, high-oleic oils, and expeller-pressed oils.
